Under Windows 2000: Control-Panel -> 'Network & Dialup Connections' -> adapter -> Properties - > Select TCP/IP and click properties -> Advanced -> Options -> TCP/IP Filtering -> Properties.
I think the settings affect all adapters, but my Windows2000 computer only has one Network card so I'm not 100% sure.
